DOE plans to sign contracts later this month for purchasing the one million barrels of ULSD that now will be delivered to the reserve by the end of November. NHHOR was authorized in 2000 to provide the region with two million barrels of backup heating oil in case of a disruption in winter heating fuel supplies. The Northeast is the biggest heating oil market in the world, where 69% of U. S. households that use heating oil are located. DOE earlier this year sold the two million barrels of heating oil in the reserve and decided to replace it with one million barrels of ULSD that will be stored at locations in New England to protect six States—Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Vermont—that are most vulnerable to supply problems. Total distillate fuel inventories for the central Atlantic region—Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and the District of Columbia—were 35. 4 million barrels at the end of September, down 19. 4% from a year earlier.

So I've been taking the pill for about 3 years now. It's a combo pill that I've never had any problems with. When I started it, I never noticed any side effects. However my doctor wants to switch me to the minipill because they're concerned that the pill is raising my blood pressure. I don't really have a choice, so whatever, but I'm nervous about the switch! I just don't know what to expect, as all the information I'm reading is pretty vague, and everything the doctor told me was just as confusing. Like, I still don't get how your "period" works on the minipill? Do you get one or just get random spotting at times and then bleeding at other random times? Because that sounds annoying. What is it like for you? Is it regular or random every month? If you switched from combo to mini, did you have any side effects from it? Will it be easier for me to switch since I've already been on BC for so long or will it be like starting new again? I have so many questions I can't even remember them all.
