[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text] One of our team members is becoming a parent for the first time and to prepare for the new addition to their family, they will be moving to a larger property. This sparked a conversation amongst the staff about the challenges associated with vans for moving house. It's only when you're packing up your possessions that you realise how much junk you've collected over the years and sometimes it can be really difficult to let go and throw it all away. On top of all the fragile objects, there's the large, heavy furniture to think about and the actual transporting of the goods as well. We've already discussed the different types of van available in the UK before, but here we wanted to discuss the challenges associated with hiring vans for moving house. Specifically, we wanted to look at the challenges you may not have thought of before. Of course, we're going to provide our best advice on how to make the move as hassle-free as possible. Hello all, does anyone have any advice/experience/suggestions for the following? Situation: Unfortunately there is no telephone socket and no option for DSL internet in my apartment... I have therefore started looking into these mobile hotspots i. e. a router which takes a data SIM card from Telekom/O2/Vodafone/1&1 to allow me to browse, work from home, netflix, play ps4 online, etc etc Does anyone have any recommendations for the best Hotspot Router to buy (if this is even the best type of Router for my situation)? I've been looking at the Netgear Nighthawk M1 & M2 and ideally match with a good SIM contract, providing enough data, speed and lack of contract commitment to enjoy the simple pleasures of an internet connection at home? Just to clarify: I'm looking for a router which I can buy, put a SIM into and then connect my TV, PS4, phone, laptop to via wifi and an ethernet cable (Nighthawk has an ethernet port but I can't figure out if it is external so I can plug it into my smart TV for example?

So recently I've been working on getting myself out of the hole I dug for myself. I've been getting settlement letters from Client Services Inc. regarding my a Chase credit card I had since 2007, but stopped making payments in 2012 due to being laid off. I owe $1014 on it, which is stated on the collections letter. I ignored the letters, but the most recent settlement offer was enticing. It offered $102 to settle the $1014 I owe. I've been reading how whether I pay in full or settle, it will be a negative mark on my credit report regardless, but I do not want to wait 6-7 more years until it falls off. Should I just settle at this point? Another issue I have though is that on my credit report, which I just pulled last month, Client Services is not listed at all as the debt holder, Chase still is. If I settle with the collection agency, will they still be able to mark it as such on my credit report? Thanks in advance. Edit: I should also note that the account on my credit report is listed as closed, not collections.
There's no need to buy a fancy mobile printer or worry about having the right drivers installed to use the printer at the hotel. Printing to a fax machine is exactly the same as sending a mobile fax. Simply attach the document you want to print to an e-mail, and send it to the fax number of the closest fax machine. Your subscription Internet-faxing service will convert the document to a fax. Seconds later, the fax machine will print out your document. Now that you know how to fax from a desktop, laptop or PDA, let's look at some reasons people use this feature instead of the traditional fax machine. Internet Faxing Features and Benefits If your fax machine is connected to a conventional phone line, each fax you send is charged as a phone call. So, when you send a fax to a destination outside your local calling area, you pay long-distance charges. Internet faxing bypasses the need for fax machines and phone lines entirely. You usually pay a one-time, start-up fee and then a flat monthly rate based on the maximum number of faxes you plan to send.
