As I look for my next car I look on craigslist... And there's a tow yard that sells cars... but they don't have the titles to the cars they're selling. They're selling off of "Dealer Bill of Sale" They do list VIN and they're not reported stolen. They're just cars they need to get off their lot. Assuming they run and drive, what headache would I have with getting one registered... or anything?
